It took place on April 5, 2024, at the Liacouras Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and aired exclusively on Honor Club. The event also featured wrestlers from sister promotion All Elite Wrestling (AEW) and AEW's partner promotion World Wonder Ring Stardom (ST★RDOM).
